Vice President Pence of United States Visits Israel (January 22)


Mike Pence, Vice President of the United States, is visiting Israel discussing issues of interest to both countries, after United States President Donald Trump announces the recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of the Jewish people.

Pence is touring the Middle East evaluating the situation of the transfer of the capital to Jerusalem, a fact that has caused controversy and discomfort fundamentally in Iran and Palestine.






The United States under the presidency of Donald Trump according to the Israelites ' opinion has carried out a "historical" act by moving the capital of Israel to Jerusalem, which consecrates the millennial link between the Jews and the holy city, giving equally a recognition to the Biblical scriptures.

Vice President Mike Pence said he is not planning to meet with any Palestinian Authority and hopes that they will resume the dialogue in search of peace in that region.

Pence also made a surprise and encouraging visit to American soldiers fighting in the region of the Islamic State jihadi group (ISIS) on the Syrian border.

The diplomatic relations between Palestine and the United States have worsened after the recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, a fact that has forced the United States to freeze half of its anticipated payments to the agency of the Organisation of Nations United for Palestine refugees.
